Is Cust a done deal? I only ask as I've seen conflicting information from reliable people. Some saying yes, and others saying absolutely not.

Looking at how long it’s taken to announce the latest signings C we’ll probably find out when the squad announced for the first match…it keeps the tension going in marketing terms😉
All the Rugby papers seem to state it’s a given tho C

Pre season normal starts mid November so I’d imagine we’d hope to have most signings announced by then

If Gerrard is not fit we need to let him go via a Compromise agreement. He has a car business and is best to focus on his health if he is not fit.

Our depth across the backs is improved with Ryan and Cross not in the 17. |

We may have. Is there still a condition that each SL squad of 25, has to have five club reared/under 21 years old? Wilkinson would answer the former.

I find it interesting given the situation and posts elsewhere that next season isn't taking a bashing.
The club are doing the business on the whole with new partners, girls development etc but they're making the future look bleak and limited to the extent that next season appears not only remote but suggesting it's almost non-existent!
The brand will have to be RED DEVILS rather than a geographical location as the identifier if the move out of the city comes to fruition

Just seen there was mention of getting a deal done on the stadium by March at last nights 150 years celebration. I'd assumed that means an extension for 2024 if true whilst the negotiations happen.

That's only fair to be honest. After the likes of Wakefield having a ten year extension to get something done and Castleford still on an extension, March is lightening quick... |

It’s quite normal to have temporary agreements in contract negotiations. Hope we agree everything fully, share of hospitality, fees on activities etc in the temporary stage tho.
