King's been brilliant. 12 points since he came back on. I'm sure fancier players will end up with plaudits or MOM for assist/tries but he's really set a platform today and it's no coincidence that we've scored out points with him on the pitch.

42-22... give away a penalty while we have the ball which results in 42-28. Then we have the ball on their line, just need a little grubber for a repeat set and Atkin takes it to the blindside, Cross has no space, not a great pass, Croft knocks on... next set 42-34... and a very nervous 5 minutes 🥵 we'll be okay surely?.... Oops, we let Pryce break and then score next to the sticks again 42-40.
My heart can't take this lads! We're through though. Phew

As someone who’s played a lot of RL, this is the truest cliche I ever heard. Rhys Williams had a mare last week, but responded in a great way tonight, showed guts and character. No, he’s not the best ever, but he never fails to wear the shirt with pride in my view. That’s how you win as a team. Having said that, my heart would welcome a comfy win soon though lads 😱🤣

Brilliant performance by a pack missing front line forwards and three returning after injury; strange never thought we were going to lose it.
Lots of talking points but the performance of King V, Gerrard and Hellewell returning and of course Sneyds 7 of 7 were immense. Dupree seemed to be off the pace, looked as tho he was carrying an injury and a bit of his tackling not the best. Stone improving match by match and the backs inc Costello and Williams supreme
Has Ormondroyd been dropped for a few matches and Greenwood presumably just a bystander sadly.

After this first 5 mins of the second half it feels like one team is going to score 40/50 points, I hope it's us, we have it in us. They've had better line speed. More aggressive in the defence. Slowing our ruck and turning us onto our backs. Poking their nose through and making more yards with ball in hand. We've not been the same since King went off. Or both teams 😂 Crazy stuff |

Watson states his squad not good enough because they can’t cover certain positions when players missing…🤣🤣 brilliant after boasting that he’s got the best squad Hudds or him as ever had and he’s got lots of cover from his Academy…couldn’t of course be not great coaching

Strange watch that but a win is a win, our defence was non existent at times. King had his best game in a Salford shirt. Got to say I'm disappointed with the crowd but in cup matches it is not usual to have a lower attendance.

Crowd..no reduction for seniors in 1873 and although we bought a parking ticket for the season had to pay another £10
The wedding music blaring out all match from 1873 wasn’t the best either🙃
