Koukash in lying shocker. Why are any of you remotely surprised? Mozza was informed by text during his holiday a number of weeks ago that the club could not afford to continue paying him for the position he held within the club. Instead we offered him a pay-when-appeared deal which obviously wasn't acceptable to Mozza who has a young family to provide for.
I don't understand why Marwan continually lies when many of us know the truth. It makes him look worse each and every time.
I couldn't believe the bare face cheek of the man to say what he did at the last fans forum but as usual the vast majority of fans lapped up his lies and believed what he said.
For what it is worth I agree we probably cannot afford the luxury of a club ambassador, but just be honest about the fact. Shame we cant find somewhere else for Mozza within the club as he surely has a huge amount to offer the club. I cant think of a more popular English RL player.
He has interest from other clubs who will no doubt put his experience to good use. Don't worry about Mozzer. Our loss but not a loss to Super League. He wasn't offered anything.Like I say someones gain all will be revealed in the fullness of time.

I'm so glad he's got a new gig.And it was a pity we couldn't use him in a coaching role. But those Rhinos have some cheek "Morley's coming Home" the nerve of the club. That must have been coming for while too!

Leeds can afford to have a luxury member of the backroom staff and we don't. Good luck to him, and us. I'm presuming that his role will be to be wheeled into the dressing room like Hannibal Lektor and the Leeds players can feed off the RL Legend vibes that emanate from his being...

But there's a difference between someone laughing at someone for being sacked and making a joke about someones new job. I did the latter. You can step down off the high horse now.

I don't think anyone is implying they are happy with these cutbacks which resulted in Morley going.
In truth I'm still upset over Paul Highton going, who had been with the club since 98, essentially to make room for the backroom appointments of Morley/ Carvell.
I'm glad Adrian realised his final ambition to play for his hometown club, and that he's found a position with his original employer. But I'd love to see Highton back at the club in some capacity.

What I find strange is that when we gave Morley his last position he clearly said he had no coaching ambitions yet now at Leeds he has been given the position of academy coach.
You're not telling me that we couldn't have found that little bit extra on top of Pochings wages and used him as a more forwards based coach for the first team and match day schmoozer.

I wondered at that, as I recalled Morley was quite vocal in not wanting to go down the coaching route?

Comment on Twitter from the best current English player Sam Burgess and link to the Leeds announcement.
"Reminds me of what inspired me to do my best, what a great recruitment. A genuine champion & role model"
Kind of sums up why us losing Morley pisses me of, huge mistake!
