Lets refrain from wasting talk about a different sport eh.
The abilty to keep the ball alive, repeat sets and the power of the Australian team. NZ were out manoeuvred and simply over powered.
I can't imagine 2017 RLWC being anything other than a coronation for Meninga's team.

He is one odious individual, almost as detestable as gadger Typo corrected Bit harsh on jezza that mich. Australias dominance is in danger of ruining the international game, such as it is. It is becoming boring, they are so far ahead. As has been said many times before it needs big brave decisions from those in power at rfl to improve super league, take power away from the clubs and work to rebuild the sport. Which unfortunately I don't see from the self serving lot we have in charge

For me the RFL should have hired Tim Sheens to over look the whole process throughout the UK, bringing back Lions tours must be the way forward, if you look back at the tours of yesteryear there was much more public interest, more pride and with them playing 6+ games the opportunities for a real team spirit and understanding to develop.
Much as I am a huge Brisbane fan don't think Bennet is the answer, the trouble is now we have wasted the chance for a younger coach to have come in and used the 4 Nations as a learning experience, someone like a Powell, Rowley or Wane would have been ideal.
