So the rumours about Taylor and Levi coming in and Yates leaving seem pretty strong. If these are right and we re-signed the few left out of contract that would give us something like this: Starting 13 Escare Burgess Watkins Sarginson Inu Tui Brown Mossop Levi Ikahihifo Livett Greenwood Taylor Bench Ackers Pauli Johnson Burke Reserves Sio Kear Chamberlain Williams Kear Costello Atkin Aspey Luckley Lannon Wells Ormondroyd Roberts McCarthy Addy Obviously there are plenty you could swap there - Sio, Williams, Lannon, Roberts in particular would be unlucky to miss out but I’d have no problem with any of them being in the 17 If we had that squad I reckon it would be the strongest we’ve ever had in SL by quite some way. And with 32 players one of the biggest. Can’t see us keeping all those who are out of contract but it’s looking quite tasty pauli did well in the backrow last year so I'd have him and Greenwood who started to get back to his best as 11 and 12 with livett, lannon, luckley competing for that bench spot |

By the time it all comes out in the wash of prep, training and friendlies (hopefully) I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see alot of things come out we weren't expecting because that's some competition for a starting place! I was getting to the point where I never thought I use that phrase and SRD in the same sentence.

2nd row for me, and can move to centre or wing if needed due to injuries, so can have 4 forwards on the bench. Needs to be in the team for his goal kicking alone.

A few of the forwards would be interchangeable but that looks like our strongest. The backs look as good as any I've seen in my time watching the club. Whoever comes in for Brown or Tui when injured could be key. Looking forward to what Marshall can do with this group. |

Pauli and Greenwood done enough back end of last year to earn the 11 and 12 respectively. Taylor straight swap for Yates at 13. Livett, Lannon, Luckley,wells and Ormondroyd for bench back row spot with Burke, Addy and Mccarthy if he's still here to interchange with Taylor. Still need a starting 9 and 10

But we're basing this off what Watson liked. Marshall and Orr might like players in complete different positions so i guess we'll have to wait and see.
