I would like another half back,maybe at times Tui could double in the centre,just an opinion. Tui played a lot of FB and wing when he was younger. Seeing as he's lost a bit of pace but put on a bit of weight he could maybe do a job at centre in a push. |

Kear is in for next season - he signed a 2 year contract so you can add him to the confirmed squad. Can't see McCarthy staying as he was the last player left from Marwan's days on a big contract and there's no way we'd offer him a similar deal now

Didn’t know about the big contract but it makes sense.
I’d like him to stay but,like Hauraki before him,he’s not worth a top contract

Looks like Addy is a bit of a cross between Lussick and Flanagan
Can play 7,9,13, can field kick and kick goals, has a good rugby brain and a leader like Flanagan
Good cover in the tough months.

Also,can’t see Ashall Bott being in the mix Given the number of alternatives for FB it would be hard to argue with Ashall-Bott leaving.
McCarthy, Inu, Ormondroyd, Kear and Chamberlain must be up in the air if the new coach is looking into his own signings. Having said that I'd be happy if we kept all five if it was possible.
Hooker you'd hope would be Levi but NRL clubs being interested won't help that. One of those two on the edge at Wigan would do for prop. Do you think a half back is needed as well?

So the rumours about Taylor and Levi coming in and Yates leaving seem pretty strong. If these are right and we re-signed the few left out of contract that would give us something like this:

If we had that squad I reckon it would be the strongest we’ve ever had in SL by quite some way. And with 32 players one of the biggest. Can’t see us keeping all those who are out of contract but it’s looking quite tasty

Our weakness possibly is a big grumpy tough prop. Marshal apparently has identified that he wants one, so it might be even stronger
Casty for 12 months would suit me
The hard thing will be settling a team, but mid season should be special. Bring on Judasfield.
