What I don't get about this have the players all in effect been free agents?
If (and a huge if for me) they are back in SL will they have to start from scratch?

Yes v strange MR If, as rumoured, we're getting Singleton then it must be for next year as we don't have the cash for this year unless Dudson off on his holidays to France. John Wilkin interview on Sky this week seemed to intimate possible 'rebranding' like Bradford did. Interesting listen.

I did say I'm convinced we won't see them again.
But it does look like they'd have to begin again.
The TotalRL poll was overwhelmingly for the worst punishment. I like to say I was surprised as it was so out of character the myth of the RL Family has yet another huge hole blown through it.

RL has always been a strange entity. By parts tribal, yet socially inclusive due to its roots. It's both what makes RL so good and bad at the same time. I find it very representative of the areas and people where it finds its heartlands. Very reflective. The same qualities and flaws seem to be mirrored in the game and its culture, for better and worse.

I love RL and the North and Salford but it's more than a curate's egg when I say good in parts, and our game certainly reflects that. There is no getting round the idea that the North ( not alone ) voted for someone from Eton and the Tories to stop the elite? There is no getting round the idea the TGG followers prefer a smaller world located around 1965.
In other words the parallels are clear.
Now Robert Elstone says he can see why they legged it in The Sun (!) er, isn't it his job to make sure they don't?

I keep wondering if Ottawa will enquire about taking over there franchise? The Aces Signed there first player Louis Joufrett the French Stand off Last played for Featherstone Rovers Salford were Rumoured to be interested in him a few years ago. Ottawa obviously nailing the Bi-Lingual flag or Drapeau to the Mast from the start. Have The RFL Or Toronto said anything about not Playing in 2021, Only today Robert Elstone has Said he Didn't blame them from Withdrawing from THIS Seasons Superleague,

I keep wondering if Ottawa will enquire about taking over there franchise? They’ve got a better deal (access to central funds) and what looks like a better plan. I think they are happy to build from the bottom up and be more sustainable from what they have said.

I keep wondering if Ottawa will enquire about taking over there franchise? The Ottawa Aces are members of the RFL and I'm not sure what you mean by franchise MR?

It's difficult to say who learned more from TWP's existence in how not to do things the RFL or Perez.
London doesn't want to benefit from TWP's problems but will and should be first in the queue they said today!

I keep wondering if Ottawa will enquire about taking over there franchise? Takeover talk but New York. That idea had crossed my mind, but can't see how on earth from scratch to SL when they aren't even founded in any serious way. Oh actually that makes them perfect for the RFL.
