Warriors were pretty abject and deserved to lose I think he might be right about the rule change though. Combined with some teams not looking match fit, it does feel like there have been more one sided games than usual for the NRL St George playing in an all red kit that SRD could match.
I think it is just a case of more than the usual number one sided games.
I have a new game from this though; If we could afford just one player who would you go for?
I'll kick off with Victor Radley from the Roosters.

Warriors come good again in a see saw match.
The six again has changed the game no doubt, making the NRL more interesting which it needed badly.
I like it but if it was here Wigan and the rest would be parked in our red zone all game.

I was about to write The Panthers were good today when the Eels took over.
So the Panthers Eels were good today.
If I was Gambling person I'd've put some money on golden point.

Eels - Panthers was a cracking game. Could have gone either way and I thought it was heading to golden point as the panthers piled on the pressure at the end too Russ
A cracking result for the warriors who, as others have noted, have had it toughest to get the season restarted

Nokorima had a good game after a stinker last week. Both Eels half backs are quality.
After my crash course in the NRL I’ve noticed that for all the talk of forwards I find the biggest noticeable difference is on the wings - they are all huge but still athletic. In this country they tend to be smaller with the odd exception.

Storm looking ominous at half time.
The six again is certainly placing emphasis on attacking which should suit our style more, I think.
That winger going to yawn next year will be a woeful waste of talent!

Just seen the highlights of the Gold Coast game.
If it was fantasy rugby league I'd break the bank to get Bryce Cartwright, skills of a half back with the size of a prop.

Monday Footy cancelled cos of a covid scare. Hardly surprising the efforts to get back for the sake of the economy, and back to normal are fast even if you only count the fear of covid.

Where does it say it’s been cancelled? I thought they’d just postponed it one day while a player had a test because his child goes to a school where someone tested positive. All seemed pretty sensible to me.

And when we begin again there will be postponements like that in alll probablity.
