For me is for the Doc to stop goading the RFL, no mention of 6 points, no threats of legal action, no calling the fat man.
Kiss arse, accept they are corrupt and play the game.
The biggest FU would be to succeed not call people names in the midst of a red wine raise.

I don't think he will ever stop goading the RFL, but with any luck we can start the season without any hiccups or penalties hanging over us. A clean slate for the team and a clean slate for MK should hold us in good stead.

I do worry there will be repercussions from Saturday and Hudds last season.
Think though what happened was bad after the drop goal, the RFL, SKY and the media must accept some responsibility with the ridiculous hype they encouraged.

Wishful thinking cannot help himself, already scored an own goal just when we have the best positive news winning the million pound game! I "quote I am going to cut the staff"

Saddened to see comments like these about the Doc on the one time something truly wonderful has happened for the club. But then again RL fans are married to the blues (that's the music not Swinton).

I have to ask Russ what are you smoking?
The Doc is the common denominator behind us being in the strife we were Saturday, we have beaten that strife and most right minded fans don't want us there again and deep down want the Doc to be less verbose.

I agree with MR.
MK needs to sit back and officiate on what he really knows about. The reason we were in the mess we were was because of MK. Now I'm no MK hater or fanboy, but he really needs to buckle-down next season on doing things right and not turning another season into a circus. Every season since we moved to the AJBell has been a rollercoaster. I want to see a season where all we talk about is what's happened on the pitch.

In an ideal world he would let watto get on with the day to day running of the team etc and deal with the commercial side of the business, but I fear that sheens departure will see him meddling in things that aren't him remit once again.

This is my fear also, any truly successful business has a man at the helm who does things the right way, Sheens started this process and proof of this were the Docs comments about 'The Boss' early last season and the recruitment, we need a figurehead who is respected throughout the RL community to really progress, with the best will in the world the Doc has blotted his copybook with his antics.

Koukash won't change,no chance. It's his toy and he'll play with it his way. The best we can hope for is that he's learnt his lessons but the signs are not good. Turning to the camera and saying 'I'll be back' had him at his exuberant self. He won't replace Sheens as he's talking about reducing costs of backroom staff. Surely we have to realise that unless crowd numbers increase,Salford can't support a Superleague club. At the moment, after Saturday,I just feel grateful for small mercies. We're in the hat and we've not lost our benefactor. He's going to reduce the level of his previous investment, and I'd love to know how much that was, which is a result given all the circumstances

Well I'm glad you're all agreed about what you feel are the major problems and issues for 2017. I just don't share your sentiments and opinions on the Doc. I simply put forward an alternative way sometimes critical of MK sometimes not and as for asking what drug I'm using because I don't agree, well .........

No point in having a minor forum bag-on because some people think differently. That's what we're here for!

Russ at least you don't fall of the end of the earth. The what were you smoking was a joke so no offence meant and if it's good stuff can I have some? I actually like the Doc I just wish occasionally he would stop and think before he makes some of his more outlandish comments, I think he is brilliant for the club and sport as a whole, I think the sport needs him to be a success so other wealthy investors/benefactors are drawn to try and emulate him.

I like koukash for the investment he has made into our great club however he has made a catalogue of errors to which he just doesn't seem to be learning from. What I don't like is his arrogance and his firey temper which can often cloud his judgement making. He isn't all bad don't get me wrong but a club that is screaming out for stability seems to have an erratic character at the helm and sheens brought that level of stability. I hope to God this year now sheens has departed that he's learned because as as times this year its been like watching a soap opera.
