Of late, I think he has been pretty lazy and not showing the performances he is capable of.
Maybe Hastings and Lussick have overshadowed him and that’s why I think he looks poor.
Oh well, players move on. We have plenty of time to source a replacement.

Said a few weeks ago that this was an open secret, I also said approach them about a deal now, take Chris Atkin and maybe cash/other fringe player.
Atkin playing alongside Hastings for the rest of the season is going to be an asset next year with his acquired knowledge.

Would be happy enough looking closer to home for a replacement. Young Aston from Cas looks very handy, off contract in 2020 and wouldnt cost the earth.

" they must be in a worst state than us": similar to us in that McGuire is retiring, and they do not know if Atkin or Drinkwater will stay. They've borrowed Antoni Maria from Catalans.

Hull KR would be candidates for the drop on recent form were it not for London's position. Next season is going to be a real dogfight to survive when Toronto come up, as they surely will. Next season could be pivotal in our club's history.

If as we suspect both Lui and Jack are gone cone seasons end we really could do worse than look at Kelly and Sammut in the halves.
Less dynamic but still a creater and a trickster.

Abdul, Lilley, Aston, Sammutt, Brierley, Holmes are names that spring to mind for me.

I would love Ashton but don’t fancy our chances there. Woods or Richardson? To be honest I’ve only seen Woods play twice but he looked a prospect.
As for Lui, his form hasn’t been great this season (maybe because his head was turned, maybe because he’s getting old - we’ll see) but hopefully he’ll do well for the rest of the year and leave us on a high note after a few very good years.

Surprised everyone’s so relaxed to lose Rob Lui.
