You’d think after tonight we’d have a spine of LittleJohn Lui Wood Going into the Hull KR away game. LittleJohn despite everything looks like he may have found a position he looks actually comfortable in. |

We effectively played with only 14 players for most of the game. Quite amazing. Widnes scored a lucky bounce try and a marginal offside try (which wasn't reviewed).
Think Chamberlain can kick and play full back, so how about Littlejohn interchange hooker?
Burke looked good, Wella should have paid an entrance fee for what he did, nothing. Perhaps the tide and our luck, has changed. MCB on the way???
Lannegan looked a far better player than Wella and played full 80. Well done.

JLJ surprised me,Burke surprised me as I was expecting someone fatter,Tasi was certainly up for it and Lui was the difference.
Back to reality next week,but ,for now,soak it up

Great to get the win, the lads really dug in. I think we all know there’s a lack of quality in our squad but you can’t fault the effort. If we end up in the middle 8’s (which is still looking most likely) that will stand us in good stead.
Fair play to Littlejohn, I’ve been a massive critic of his but thought he played well tonight and actually looks pretty capable at full back. Might be better to give up using him as scrum half and use him as a utility for cover in FB and Centre. Welham and Wood also played well.
Burke was good, hope to get chamberlain in soon for some goal kicking. Feel like we might’ve got the better deal in the swap. Can we swap George Griffin for a scrum half and a winger please?? Him and Tasi are penalty machines, hopefully we can get some bodies back and drop them.
Let’s keep the pressure up on Hudds and Catalans, come on Salford!

For the first time in a long while I don't know if I can be bothered, I hate to say but the feeling for Salford is diminishing quite quickly. There is little motivation left when players don't seem to have any. FFS post number 3546 on not being bothered and thinking of leaving the club. Do it then and let the fans who care carry on supporting the club we love. |

Credit where it's due, I thought Littlejohn had a solid game at fullback. Dealt with the high ball really well and made some good contributions in attack.

How many half season tickets have you just bid and won on here and will still pay for a ticket each game? Think you'll find a fair number of my posts are running a time consuming prediction league each week, one obtained a prize for, if you'd like to run one yourself let me know and I'll gladly give you all the details I have on how to run it. |
