OUT - Mossop/Jones IN - McCarthy/Griffin/Shorrocks
Can we do it? I think we can. It’s a huge game this considering our next 2 matches. Need to put everything into this as a win will create a bit of daylight between us and Hudds. Can’t see them beating Saints

Think without JJ we are a much less potent set of forwards, the type of player you miss when he's not playing.
Think we can win, don't though think we have the attacking skills to outscored them, high scoring game for me.

We could do with winning this one, with Saints and Wigan our next two games. Don't see why we can't - we would've beat them at their place the other month if it wasn't for missed kicks. Hopefully home advantage gets us the two points this time. They're coming off a good win against top-of-the-table Saints, whilst we got a pretty convincing away win, so it should be interesting.

Think we can win, don't though think we have the attacking skills to outscored them. Would be impressive to win without outscoring them!

Mossop and Jones are big misses but we are strongest in the forwards. McCarthy, Weller and Flash is a tasty back 3. Should be a good game. I have a strong feeling that it will either be really close or one of the teams will win by a big score 😊 Seriously neither team are very consistent so it’s harf to call. Wakey have been having a better season than us overall but only one more win. And as others have said we should have won at theirs. It’s a cliche but very true for this game that winning the forward battle is key

Glad the Irishman’s back! He’s been a great signing and has a phenomenal work rate. Be interesting to see who plays SH tonight, I’d personally play shorrocks and drop Littlejohn

Shouldn't it be three Wellers, then huh? Anyway, winning 6-0 according to BBC

Wow. Just seen the score. 30 - 4 and judging by the goal kicks, Lui has been off for some time. Well played Salford. Maybe we aren't as bad as some people think?

According to the Twitter feed Lui went off after 34 minutes when it was 8-0.....I’m struggling to believe they then went on to score 30 more points with McCarthy taking kicks! We always seem to do well against Wakey at home but this is still an impressive win

Hopefully Lui is back next week and it’s not too serious of an injury

The big story tonight is not us winning easily, but how long will Lui be out for? Even though we won tonight without him, against better opposition he's a massive loss for us.
Big-ups to the team for pulling that one out of the bag. Great result.
