We should have got someone more experienced (but we didn’t so what do we do now?)
We should pack in if we don’t have an alternative (that suggests we do have - who?)

I get what your saying I don’t agree with the negativity I don’t feel it at the moment, I think we’ve been slightly unlucky and haven’t looked too bad for the most part. But I understand why people are feeling less positive and if we all felt the same way this forum would be very boring. If this ever delves to the levels of the turkey I’d be off!! |

I don’t think that’s the case, he moved Obrien back to full back because the way our team is built relies on him joining the attack from there. |

I made a rare away trip last Sunday and must admit that we looked as bereft of attacking ideas as I've seen for 2 or 3 years, I personally wonder if Liu brought the best out of BMM and vice versa? The difference between here and the Turkey is that on here things are done with a certain amount of respect for each other and don't have a failed hack or Italian Plumber trolling for all they're worth. |

I’ve seen worse....much worse! Concerns are one thing (we’ve all got some and it’s interesting discussing how it could be fixed) but every thread seems to quickly descend into ‘we’re all doomed’. Also re: Lui - I don’t think that approach from KR helped and I get the impression he is a bit distracted. BMM was obviously a loss and until Nabukuwai gets fit and stops turning in the tackle we wont have a similar replacement.

It was using Evalds to fix the wide defence I think if Manu wasn’t injured, Johnson was on better form or Olpherts was ready we’d have been seeing Evalds at FB and Gaz at HB as Littlejohn settled in |

I am sorry but in my opinion he can only play fullback and like someone said we have to have a goal kicker. |

Think we are going to struggle with penalties this year due to the focus being pack orientated. The pack beat ten bells out of saints the other night and seriously hurt them. Problem was that saints changed tack and gave it width which we struggled with.
Tasi didn’t deserve yellow as for me the 2 nd hit was legit , he just beasted him. Once we were down to 12 we lost juice and the score line blew out. For me, we match saints for long periods but couldn’t vary width like they could.
Let’s not forget that this is a potential top 2 team we lost to and will wipe the floor with lots. Wakes are also unbeaten and they didn’t look to smart on their own ground against us!
Would like to see tight games against cas and hull but aiming for chemics and cats as wins.
Let’s just get some perspective.

I'd forgotten about Tasi getting binned, that for me was bad management, every man and his dog could see him getting more and more animated from the stands and the only possible outcome for me was either a yellow or red card, after the first borderline bell ringer went in Watson should have hauled him off. |
