I really like it as a rule. It's sped the game up hugely. I think it's already inevitable that it will be introduced here. I'm sure Watson is watching these games with interest and planning how to deal with the change.

Sometimes a player needs that change of environment and a clean slate to make the changes they need. He was always a good player with a couple of howlers a game, howlers that cost us the game on more than one occasion. With the sort of expansive rugby Cas play, he could easily end up top try scorer for the league if he keeps the errors down. Good luck to him, except against us.

These are not normal times. If things continue to escalate, we can expect big changes in how society functions, at least for a month or so.

Interestingly, she writes; “As a proud and out gay woman I will welcome #IsraelFalou to the Super League because unlike him I chose not to hurt and offend others because of something they were born with. You chose how you behave in life. So let's show him that he can change that warped view he has.” Much as I don't like her I'd love to the reaction of Louise Doo Dat who follows Salford. Bet there are some choice comments on Twitter.

I agree with the above comments. Wigan have played this very well. Our game should also be in support of the LGBQT community. Every game he plays should make it clear that his views are not welcome. If he says anything out of place at all in response they should ban him.
I can’t tell you how cross I am at this signing.

Typical of RL, 1 group has 5 teams the rest have 4. Why do we complicate everything? Which one? It looks like four groups of four to me.

I’m guessing 7/8 place. So much depends on injuries. It certainly looks a more competitive league this time, and last year was plain weird. One massive runaway leader and a very compressed league with very little between 2nd and bottom. Things are likely to be much more spread out this time. Even with the same number of wins we could come 4th or 5th if other results are more like normal.

It was 52-4 but the club announced it wrong at the end.

Yeah, agree with that. A bit disjointed in the first half, unsurprisingly. When brown came on at the interval we looked dangerous. If he stays fit we will be fine this year. Ikahihifo was a wrecking ball. Sarginson put in a strong shift. Pleasing performance all told. Swinton just didn’t have the strength to go with us, as you might expect. I was sat 6ft from Stuart Littler and he was living every minute of it. Some fiery language got sent down his walkie talkie.

I see Trent Merrin has been released to return to Aus on compassionate grounds by Leeds, with three years to run on his contract. I think we should do a ‘Moon’ and sign him up as a free agent quick.

I believe the primary criteria is international performance and he’s been superb for Tonga. Imagine if he won it. A Salford player with Golden boot and MoS in the same season and not even the same player! That would be surreal.

Yes I thought this was excellent. A proper good article with real depth about the travelling conditions, the politics and society, and the men who did it.

I’m in the squad builder precisely becauseI can only make a third of the matches owing to work. I don’t get value out of a season ticket, so I choose to support this way. Don’t need freebies, just want to support.

The right team definitely won that. Forwards were bossed. Lolohea was superb. Hastings never got a chance behind a beaten pack. Bateman the only GB player to come out of that with much credit.

I was just logging on to say the same. He’s completely unplayable in broken play.
