I've been speaking with Asif Latief and he has agreed to a Q&A from which the questions will be asked to all members of the new Board.
Post your questions below. Thanks.

I heard on a recent radio interview that the board plan to form a group of investors that can buy the stadium how far advanced are these plans especially as Sale seem to be in talks already with the council.

Will there be further investment into the playing squad should Watson see fit? If so will we look to fill the salary cap and are we capable of filling the cap?

It's easy to complain about the numbers attending home games but the club has moved the K.O. time to allow younger fans to attend. What are you going to do to make it more appealing to younger supporters? These days it takes more than face painting to attract families and their cash.

How is the coming season being funded, given that previous accounts have stated the company was only kept afloat through Koukash's input?

What are the realistic short and long term goals of the board?
What will the board be dealing with as a priority?
What are the short and long term targets for the team?

Did the new board have any input on the sale of BMM and will they resist selling any other playing assets in the future?
Will the new board be looking to undo the ending of the U21/academy squad?
Is it a coincidence that Swinton seem to be garnering a closer working relationship with Salford and the stadium in the recent past?
Will the new board look to enter into negotiations with Sale over the possibility of a joint stadium purchase bid.
Was the plan for the board to originally consist of 7 members? was this trimmed due to lack of interest or other reasons?
Will all current back office staff retain their positions or can we expect them to reapply and new better options appointed if required?

Is there any chance that the media/communications within the club can be improved so that people who are interested in the club, but who are not in contact with the club can find out what is going on. Is there any chance that the club website can be brought up to date and give up to date information. Lastly many thanks to the four people who have put themselves forward to take the club forward.

A monthly Q&A would be a good avenue to get the latest information from the club.

Priorities/Expectations for the season.
Realistic funds available for a bigger squad as thin squad last season cost us in the run in.
Ideas to grow fan base

And do the fans have to understand the financial facts of life in that we assume we are entering a period of austerity?

Why does the operation of the Club seem so disorganised. Things put on cancelled, dates times phone numbers etc change. Nothing ever seems to work.
No communication from the club to the fans during the past 3 months making lots of fans totally disillusioned. Why?
What do you see as the role or link to the Supporters Trust?
Who is responsible for communications/pr at the club? It is dire.

What has happened to the debt run up by the Doctor? The debt owed *to* the doctor might be more accurate. Has he written off his loans to the old company? And what does this mean for the money owed to the council?
