Just don’t get it with GOB.
He scored a drop goal and suddenly he is legend status with people calling him GOD.
He was very poor last season and steamrolled on a number of occasions.
Evalds takes on the line more and is better in attack don’t see why GOB would be before him at FB

One offers an extra HB, the other a more traditional FB. Nice dilemma to have. |

It looks like the squad is complete or almost anyway, if everyone is fit what 17 would you go for, Id go for Gaz obrien Johnson Welham Sau Vatuvei Lui Littlejohn Kopczak Tomkins Tasi Jones Hauraki Flanaghan Brining Nbawarki Mossop Mccarthy Leaves us with G Griffin Evalds Olpherts Burgess Levy Bibby Lannon Wood Bennion Murray Decent squad really id like a new centre and winger but lots of strength in the props area Not forgetting French Levi |

Evalds takes on the line more and is better in attack don’t see why GOB would be before him at FB Sure the drop goal was a massive game changer for the club but that’s not the only reason for his popularity. When we were at our best last season,and winning games,his involvement was literally pivotal. Then he was clattered,lost form and Evalds played. Although he played well ,we started a losing streak. The real problem here is that whilst an on form GOB is the better team option,Evalds undoubtedly knows his way to the line and should be in the team. The problem is,in what position. The squad numbers will be interesting ! |

From what I've watched littlejohn seems a running half back so with him and the star man.i imagine we play god to give us the extra pivot
