Looking forward to this.
I heard that any profits from the game were going to be given to Swinton?

Looking forward to this. I heard that any profits from the game were going to be given to Swinton? Strange if true as obviously money is tight at the club, you'd think all revenue streams would be retained by the club.

Just a thought but why isn't this played over the festive period to recapture what some of us remember from years ago on Boxing Day. Great atmosphere and banter from fans, sure loads would dress up and have a cracking day out.

The problem is boxing day is big for the football, United or City normally at home but I see what you mean. I'd love a game over Xmas, I know Wakey and Leeds play each other annually on boxing day but it normally kicks off at 11/11.30 in the morning

Is this the only pre season game? We are also apparently playing Warrington away on 20th January.
