Having had all sorts of doubts about renewing our season tickets,we finally did the deed. I want to express how helpful Sonia at the club was in helping us through the process. Nothing was too much trouble,and every communication was answered promptly. We are all quick to knock our club,but credit where it is due,the club was first rate,Thank you.

Agree: after several waits, I eventually was answered by TicketLine. I work in customer telephony and so can state with experience, it was poor. The agent introduced himself, asked what club was I ringing about, and then stated he was bringing up my details. I had not given my name yet! It went downhill from there. I gave up and rang to get the club ... great.

I also agree with this. Called about half three on the last day of the early bird offer and was dealt with quickly by a very nice friendly lady.

I can confirm that Sonia sorted our tickets out on the first day of issue,quick,excellent service as usual from Sonia,she is a Salford supporter as well which makes it even better.

I've known Sonia for many years and she bleeds Salford, as does the rest of her family. She'll always try to the best for you. Give her a raise Salford!
