I thought there was going to be a press conference early this month with some new evidence surrounding the salary cap breaches??
Just hope that if/when this takes place it is done with decorum and not the Doc going out there all guns blazing making a mockery of the improvements at the club.

He's announced the date but I've mislaid it,but it's in the next 10 days or so.
I assume,like all appeals,that they could increase the penalty ?

Does anyone know if the decision of the tribunal final? Can see the RFL challenging it if they find in the clubs favour. Have been told there are a some new details the club have unearthed that they will present on the day, trouble with that is if the RFL need time to look into these new things the very real prospect of this all dragging past the last regular game and the problems that would bring to the top and middle 8's.

What the doc said about another super league club breaching the salary cap, is true, I believe it's a Lancashire club. Supposed to be named soon, it's getting close to the end of the regular game. Should really be named soon |

Maybe them getting points deducted will have an impact on the top 8 also, they have set a precedence now that all detected infringements must be judged by.

Even if he goes out all guns blazing that does not detract from any improvements at the club there's no logical connection between the two things! Much more worrying is all this plus the Giants result in front of such a poor crowd, we may be in real trouble middle eights, relegation and the Doc gone! Let's see, which church was it last time? Maybe Weaste Crem. this time around, we can scatter the ashes and and spend the wake wishing the Good Doctor had had more decorum!  |
