Management mantra: In times of change keep people informed.
Nobody expects change to happen overnight but updating from the Club about progress is ssential if the club wants to keep fans on board. The only thing which seems important to the is the Club Lottery.
Shambles. Get in the loop IB whilst there still is one. They talk about a Community Club, joke.

The delay with the shirts also highlights why Raging Bull was such a good option as shirts were produced here in the UK and more readily available.
It wasn't broken so don't know why it needed to be fixed.

It wasn't broken so don't know why it needed to be fixed. There's an assumption there that it was Salford's choice to switch to Steeden. I am not privy to any extra information, but would it be a surprise if Raging Bull were the ones to bring the arrangement to an end?

From what has been reported shirt manufacturer deals during the Koucash era have come to an end due to payment issues, would be sad if that were the case with Raging Bull as it did seem to work rather well.

He should be making announcements about the club and what is happening.

Yes he's the leader, so he has to stand up, brush himself down and lead....from the front. The least he could do is issue monthly updating statements about the Club. We all understand it's a difficult time BUT
he's the one who has to keep the fans positive and answer tough questions. Doesn't he realise that because of his non- action, he's losing fans daily. And everything that happens is a shambles........promises, promises......same old
He's a Salford bloke, doesn't he realise we don't mind bad news but we demand the truth

We went for the first hour last night, wasn’t really a shambles just not really anything going on, once we picked the tickets up and had a photo with the 2 players that were there, there wasn’t much else to do. The biggest issue seems to be the merchandise, this customs thing might just be an excuse but either way the Club have got a lot to do to either get orders fulfilled in time for Christmas or else make it up to folk In some other way, free delivery or discount if they can’t do it in time etc. I can guarantee the customs thing is an excuse. I've worked for HMRC in exactly this area years ago. Coincidentally, the club used this excuse many years ago and when a colleague looked into it for me it had been cleared at customs for weeks. The club just hadn't bothered their arse picking the stuff up and paying any duty. If customs held-up stuff society would grind to a halt. Whenever a company uses this excuse it's to cover their own ineptitude up. Every time.

The problem the club has is that the shirts might have been delayed at customs but a combination of terrible communication and to many outright lies in the past leaves so many thinking oh yeah same old same old.
Think JJR has it spot on Blease is the leader of the club in Koucashs absence and but is taking no part in the public side of matters. Time for him to front up and tell us exactly what is happening, I guarantee we'd all be applauded and worried for the future if he was 100% honest.

Update on the club website saying all stock has now been cleared and will be delivered by Saturday at the latest. Hopefully we'll have our new shirts for Xmas day after all...
