Maybe 2 or 3 times yesterday Brough was talking or trying to get the refs attention and put his hand on him, have the NRL decided not we've penalised the unfancied teams enough nor for this so players can start doing it again?
Now I'm not saying what he did was wrong (just what any of us do in the pub to gran anyone's attention) but by the letter of the law that was being policed early in the season he should have been binned at the very least.
