Rob Burrow pleads guilty for headbutting and gets a 1 game ban. If you inadvertently touch a ref you get significantly more.
I think it's time the RFL are made accountable for their decisions when it comes to handing out bans. As Salford fans we've seen the bias first hand over the years. This one however feels like they're taking the p*ss.
It's small wonder why fans are becoming disillusioned with the game.

The last thing the establishment needs is for Beep Beep to miss the last few games of his finale season.

If that's true, it only goes to prove my point. It was a blatant headbutt that warranted more than a token game ban.

After all, for Wigan and Leeds different laws apply...

I also noticed that the Ryan Atkins incredibly dodgy tackle in the last minutes of the game against London didn't even get mentioned, let alone sanctioned. Obviously the RFL don't want anything to endanger Warrington's hopes of survival in the middle 8s either.

Don't forget that the horrendous cannonball tackle by a Wigan player last week went completely unpunished. Powell's season ending cannonball tackle on Tasi earned him a one match ban. Chase's cannonball tackle on Ferris earned him a seven match ban. Does this seem fair to anyone?
