You might be happy. You can analyse it all you want, last night's performance his the kind that get the coach the sack. You're quite right. What was the meaning of the cryptic Wenger comment then? I'm genuinely lost.

You're quite right. What was the meaning of the cryptic Wenger comment then? I'm genuinely lost. I actually thought you were being a bit Delusional in your summing up Thanks for that. Which part do you disagree with? It would be interesting to hear your thoughts, in a bit more detail than one or two poorly worded sentences for a change. Did we not have a decent first half of the season? Did we not praise the coach and the crop of players we had for playing above their weight? Have we not had a poor second half of the season? Do we not have to recruit wisely in certain positions? Do we not need a larger squad? Does Watson not need to learn from his mistakes this season? Are the downfalls of this team not the fact that they are small in number and ability? Is it not true that we have fickle fair-weather fans? Is it not true that Salford fans turn on the team without a moments notice? Do we not as fans need to get behind the club? Is the club not supposed to learn lessons from its current season? I think most people would answer yes to those questions, which were the points I made in my post. Please point out the delusional aspect of my post so I can better understand your standpoint. Please try more than a single sentence as this is not Twitter.

Just watching London, 3 tries against Warrington and SAMMUT running the show. Good kicking and positional passing, aligning and acting as a general like Dobson. And he has speed. Patton poor in comparison.
Sammut would be good with Patton and Lui to share the load.

With Dobbo leaving and watching the team recently, what we need to recruit is a natural born leader on the field, don't know where we will find him, not bothered what position he plays or what age they are or what country they are from, we need to find the person that can inspire all around him to give there all on the field of play. At present players are all pointing at one another, Koppy and Flash do it in parts, when on the field, but we need someone who will be there for the full 80, or until the game is won. Just an opinion

"Sammut would be good" PERHAPS ( I checked his Trinity stats and they would suggest he would : 21 games with 9 tries and 53 goals but then again much of his career was in the lower division and you must ask why bigger clubs with half-back issues are not in for him).

That was pathetic Friday, some of the worse I have seen in a long time they have the talent but they just can't be bothered something isn't right. The fact is this form is beyond a joke now, we can't class this as a great season any longer we haven't won a game since the beginning of July and that is awful. I was supposed be taking another new face on Saturday well it won't be happening as I won't be forking out another £20 on that this season why on earth should I?
We had a good 3 months and that is it, yes we secured our place in SL next year but for us fans paying good money it is simply unacceptable and it doesn't bode well for 2018. There is no plan B and most coaches would be sacked on form like this to be honest I don't want to see that happen but something is going wrong in that dressing room and I hope it isn't our toss pot of an owner sticking his nose in again.

MK has stated that we've done well this year and is supporting Watson in saying that the squad is too small. He sounds very positive.
So, just maybe, this is investment year now the Club is secure, has time and proved it is possible to do it.
But, we'll see 🙃

So, probably
McCarthy for Olsi VatV for Carney Walne x 2, Dobson, T Carney leaving? Mossop injured probably long term
So to bring the squad to 2017 level need 2 props, 2 Half backs
Have recruited a raw centre, so if we're increasing the squad how many new faces can we see.......6/7/8?

my question would be whether all the changes that are needed, will our owner be prepared to fund them? once the season is over im concerned what might happen. just my view from afar.
