Sadly don't think Carney the man, not hungry enough. He's a 6 not a 7. Good cover though for whoever comes in.

Firstly got to say am very grateful for the service Dobson has put in for us. Easily been the most value of all the Docs signings. As for a replacement, if Leigh go down I would look no further than Drinkwater. If not then do think Patton would do well if given the 7 jersey week in, week out.

Nah not Drinkwater he's not the quality of player we need to move forward. We need to utilise the marquee to bring in someone of at least a decent nrl standard. But the nihilist in me says someone like Walsh or Jamie Ellis. Although both are pretty decent goal kickers which is what we've missed out on.

Drinkwater, Ellis far o slow and not smart enough.
Need an organiser, a general with speed.

He may have played 6 early in his career, but definitely not a 6 now. Needs shipping out and someone young and hungry bringing in.

I'd see if Theo wants an emotional return home. Think Jayden Nikorima is open to a switch to SL and looks like a brilliant young talent so might be well worth a look.

Pity we couldn't stick with our Academy players Sneyd and Farge. But Noble, yet again, sorted that out.

Especially with the arrival of Ben Barba who I think they may use in the halves and keep Lomax predominantly at full back. Also with Matty Smith there, could be a cheeky return for Theo.

Apparently Barba full back, Lomax half back, no Farge.
