Fave position, Halfback or fullback? You seem to be really enjoying your RL as it shows in your performances. What do you feel the key aspect has been that has helped you raise your game? Would you ever like to take a crack at the NRL? Most annoying, Josh or George?

1. Did you know prior to signing for Salford that the plan from Watto and Sheens would be to play you at full-back?
2. It seems the 6 point deduction has seen a really positive reaction from the players. From comments on Twitter to the performance vs Hull KR, has it brought the playing squad even closer and made them more determined to still reach the top 8?
3. The average age of the squad is really quite young. Just how good could this team be in the next two seasons?
4. After a frustrating couple of seasons at Warrington, do you think the high standard of your performances this year are due to the consistency in Watto's selection of you at FB or the switch from the halves?
5. What aspects of your game are you particularly looking at working on to help you improve as a FB over the next couple of seasons?

1. Big game this weekend against the Castleford Tigers, how far do you think Salford can go in the Challenge Cup this year and what are the teaming aiming for in the competition?
2. What's it like working with Tim Sheens everyday and what sort of an influence has he had on your game?
3. Who's the best and worst dressed at the club?
4. Who is best player who have ever played with and against?
5. Tim Sheens or Tony Smith?

Had you played FB before this season and who at the club are you learning the role from?
Do you like sharing the kicking duties?
With Salford having such a young squad who is the player everyone looks up to as the main role model?
Are the squad using the tribunal decision as motivation?

Cheers everyone, some great questions as usual. Some of them overlap a bit so I've not included all submissions.
I'll post the answers below as soon as I hear back from Gaz.

Massive thanks to Gareth for this!
1. Did you know prior to signing for Salford that the plan from Watto and Sheens would be to play you at full-back?
I met up with watto and Tim prior to signing, we talked about where they wanted the club heading and how they were going to achieve this. They were honest with me and said they could see me playing several positions, full back, in the halves and maybe a bit of hooker too.
2. It seems the 6 point deduction has seen a really positive reaction from the players. From comments on Twitter to the performance vs Hull KR, has it brought the playing squad even closer and made them more determined to still reach the top 8?
We are a very tight bunch anyway, but what has happened off the field we can't control so we are just focusing on each game and getting the results we need.
3. The average age of the squad is really quite young. Just how good could this team be in the next two seasons?
If we stick together the team has massive potential, the younger boys on the fringes are all biting at our heels which is healthy. We are a talented team and we can only improve.
4. After a frustrating couple of seasons at Warrington, do you think the high standard of your performances this year are due to the consistency in Watto's selection of you at FB or the switch from the halves?
Playing week in week out is very important to me because there a aspects of every game you play that you can do better and you hope to do that the following week in the next game, watto has had a lot of faith in me and I am a player who thrives off confidence and encouragement, the switch to full back hasn't been that much of massive change, I've played with a lot of good full backs so having watched them, I'm starting to pick it up, still learning the position and as I say just look to improve each week.
5. What aspects of your game are you particularly looking at working on to help you improve as a FB over the next couple of seasons?
Organising the defensive line especially on goal line is huge as a fullback, sending your team mates to the correct position is vital when stopping tries and knowing when to join in the line and stay out of it is something I need to improve. As I've said I've only played 13 games at super level in the position so I do mess up, but always look to get better.
6. Had you played FB before this season and who at the club are you learning the role from?
Before this season I had never played FB in super league, so it's been a massive learning curve for me. Tim sheens and watto both educate on the role and Martin Gleeson always has clips from some of the best full backs in the world on positioning etc.
7. You seem to be really enjoying your RL as it shows in your performances. What do you feel the key aspect has been that has helped you raise your game?
Confidence and playing each week, I haven't played well in every game so making up for that the following week is important.
8. Would you ever like to take a crack at the NRL?
The NRL would be a great experience but I'm focused on playing for Salford for now.
9. Big game this weekend against the Castleford Tigers, how far do you think Salford can go in the Challenge Cup this year and what are the team aiming for in the competition?
We think we can win it, we can beat anyone if we perform to our potential.
10. What's it like working with Tim Sheens everyday and what sort of an influence has he had on your game?
He's been great, having an ex Australian coach to learn from is brilliant, he give me a lot of confidence that I could become a quality full back, so he's had a big influence on my game this year.
11. Who's the best and worst dressed at the club?
Best is probably Josh Griffin, he loves rocking up in his leather jacket and smartest gear when he's driving his Mrs Range Rover! Worst is probably Rob Lui he never ties his shoes and he tries to rock flares with basketball jerseys just terrible haha.
12. Who is best player you have ever played with and played against?
Best player I've played with is probably Lee briers, one of the smartest halves in the game and a really good bloke too. Best player I've played against is probably Todd Carney he's played state of origin and had long NRL career.
13. Do you like sharing the kicking duties?
Don't mind sharing the duties me being a right footed kicker is easier for me to take kicks left of the sticks and the opposite for Dobbo.
14. With Salford having such a young squad who is the player everyone looks up to as their main role model?
It's probably Dobbo, he's touching on 30 now but is vastly experienced in the super league and the NRL he's the general and I'd say him.
