We yesterday had the highest number of fans watching Salford since the last game at the Willows and something needs to be done to entice them back for the Cas game.
They witnessed yesterday a brilliant cup tie where Salford played some excellent rugby but were outdone by a very good experienced (I mean in big matches) Wigan team and were by no means disgraced.
£10 a ticket, kids all over the city offered free entrance, everyone leafleted about early bird season tickets just make the match a real celebration of the best season Salford have had in a generation.
The iron is hot, it is Red hot and the club should be striking.

Yeah there really needs to be a big marketing push for the Super 8s. We're still well in with a chance of another semi final at the end of the season - to get there it's important we win our home games, so the more people we get through the gates the better. Even if its just an offer/discount for people with tickets from yesterday.

Yeah, the club should have said anyone producing a stub from yesterday gets a £10 ticket for the Cas game (or maybe every home Super 8 game).

I thought yesterday showed what can be achieved with a bit of success on the field. I thought the players were fantastic yesterday but just fell a bit short but the effort was fantastic. Any fan new or old must be drawn in by the endeavour and skill of the players.
We certainly need to try and tap into this while it's fresh in peoples minds.

Great idea MR but somehow we never seem to follow up. I've brought lots of people, 12 yesterday, given e mail addresses and nobody does anything, but moan about the no's. I have got e mails from St Helens Wakefield and others.
By the way the 12 loved it.
