Now that the regular season is over, time to ask these questions:
Who has been our stand out player? Who has been the most disappointing? Which player has surprised you the most?

Stand out Rob Lui Disappointing Hasson, although I thought TC would impose himself more when he had opportunities Pleasant surprise Tasi being so motivated and back to where he was

Tough questions, for all the right reasons! I am genuinely struggling to think of a player who has really disappointed. I would have to say carney, just due to how good he can be. I'm not writing him off by any means by he would probably be the one who has disappointed most
It's a struggle to pick between bmm, lui and koppy for best player, flash is unlucky not to be in there too. If I had to pick, probably lui. Or bmm? Struggling with that one, both have been exceptionally good. Lui due to his impressive defence
Most surprising again difficult. Brinning has been a revelation, bmm has picked his game up so much from last year where he didn't look bothered in patches (possibly injured?). Same with Lui. And to add one more name walne, in fact if I think back to how I felt about him at the start of the season compared to pinning my hopes on him (and koppy) being back next weekend to have a chance for the semi, I'll go with him

For me:
Stand out player has to be Murdoch-Masila or Lui, very difficult to separate them.
Most disappointing - Todd Carney. Granted, he hasn't had a run of games to get in to any form but given his proven pedigree he has been average in every game bar 1 or 2. It goes without saying that James Hasson was poor, but I didn't expect him to have the same impact as Carney.
Biggest surprise - Greg Johnson has stepped up so much since last season and has added that Justin Carney-esque power to his game, adding a couple of extra metres in the tackle. In saying that, Kriss Brining has been consistently very good all season and Lama Tasi has been solid. Adam Walne has also improved considerably.

Beginning of season definitely Rob Lui, BeN MM, Adam Walne and Chris Brinning.Biggest let down apart from Hasson, Todd Carney. Need Long term pacy half back, winger and centre.

Stand out, over the season; Dobson, he generalled the team and tackled like a loose forward
Let down, beside Hasson; nobody, everyone, at times has done their bit, 4th and semi, can't believe it with our small squad. Remember lots played with knocks
Biggest surprise(s); Tasi and A Walne with Lui a runner up
Time for celebration guys, everything now is a bonus, let's enjoy it. Forget the moans and groans of the man with the money and the leech from NZ

Stand out: BMM. Simply outstanding. I don't think I've seen a better season performance from a second row in my lifetime. Honourable mentions...Lui, Tomkins, Tasi, Johnson, Dobson, , Brining, Sau. Let down: Just Hasson. Dishonourable mention...Carney. Although I think he has the ability to prove me wrong even now. Biggest surprise: Welham. While a bit of a defensive liability, he's been very good going forward and contributed much to the success of the season. Honourable mention...Krasniqi. While being the consummate squad man, his consistent performances have been of a much higher quality than at any other time at Salford.

Standout: Lui and BMM - doesn't need justifying?
Biggest disappointment: Player wise T Carney as we know what he can do. But also the club in firstly letting the other Carney leave and then not replacing someone with so much ability and who contributed some much to our game plan, the impact was clear to see.
Surprise: Brinning has been good considering it's been his first season at top le el and is deinately one for the future. But Welham for the first 2/3 of the season. Yes his form has bipped of late but considering he was a late / last minute signing from the championship, he formed a great partnership with Johnson.
