I assume Hasson and Krasniqi will miss out from the 17.
I'd see the bench as Brining, Carney, Griffin and Jones

I agree in part with Jimmy - I think Watto will pick O'Brien and move Evalds to the wing - but for 2 reasons. 1. (and before the team was announced) I thought he'd do this anyway because (VERY cynically) Niall has now signed a contract, so we don't have to play him at FB if we don't want to just to get him to sign and O'Brien will be fresh as a daisy and hopefully been working on some new moves with the various pivots in the team. 2. There's no Bibby - so unless he's going to play Welham on the wing, he doesn't have much choice.
But, to disagree with Jimmy - I'd play Dobbo again with Lui BUT drop TC completely. Harsh, but lets get that continuity again assuming both are 100% fit. And Hudd are a big bunch and we need 3 bigguns plus Brining on the bench.

Jake Bibby, Josh Wood, Jordan Walne and Dan Murray are all in the Halifax squad to face Bradford on Sunday. I guess that means Evalds will definitely be playing on the wing.

He's getting some great experience on loan though, and next year I can see him being a key player. One for the future, if not the present! |

It's great to see that we've got some cracking youngsters plying their trade and getting experience and should hit the ground running if we need them, next season.
Both Bibby and Murray are looking really good and like you said, looking ahead should provide us with great strength in depth for the next few seasons. We've been relatively lucky this season so far with injuries, it may not always be the case and having these guys that can step in and not look out of place will be invaluable in years to come.

I guessed that as Bibby wasn't in the 19, Evalds would be on the wing.
Carney on the bench for one 40-20 in the last 15 minutes is reason enough for me.
It's great that we are debating team selection rather than anything else and to have such strong availability at this stage of the season is also great.

I think Sa'u will be lucky to play. He dislocated and broken his finger last week to the point it pierced the skin (nothing a bit of tape won't out mind you)

Taking my lad to his first game today. He's three in august. It's great to see the excitement on his face and he just keeps singing SALFORD SALFORD!!
Gonna be a special day let's hope we get back to winning ways!
