Does anyone know how long is left on his contract? Spoke with his old neighbour and friend some time ago and said that his wife was very much aiming for them to head back to Oz when his current deal expired. With Lui resigning it for me will have some baring if the club try and tie Carney down to a longer deal, if Dobson has 12 months plus can't see 3 into 2 but if it were for one season might work. Would love to have Dobson stay on in some coaching capacity as you just get the feeling he will become a top one, train him up until a Wigan or one of the other big boys comes in for Watson  |

I think maybe GOB could be groomed into a Dobbo type playmaker next season but see no reason why we shouldnt retain Carney - maybe @ #13 & really feel Hauraki could slot in as #4. Need more bodies though.

I think maybe GOB could be groomed into a Dobbo type playmaker next season but see no reason why we shouldnt retain Carney - maybe @ #13 & really feel Hauraki could slot in as #4. Need more bodies though. Hate people like you always trying to change players positions  Yeah for me we look safer with Evalds at the back and the planned move involving GOD has been sussed by one and all, Dobson I bet will go back to Aus and turn into a top class coach while playing at a slightly lower level or as a squad NRL player to be used when SOO is on or to cover injury. |
