Hopefully your wrong on this mate, and we get a cracking turnout for the semi. I think we will, anything over the 4K we have will be decent. Guess we'll see in the next few days.
I'd love to see us use this semi to do some marketing over the coming weeks, id suggest some ticket deals to non season ticket holders who buy semi tickets (15quid ticket to hudds/Leeds or 25 for the 2), and maybe a deal for all 3/4 super 8 games.
In fairness there has been more going on with schools and community in last few days with the golden ticket, long may it continue

I'm not ranting at the club I'm annoyed with the people of Salford I don't get how they can march down to united or be up in arms over the deletion of Salford yet they can't seem to show up to the AJ. Just posting my frustration somewhere it wouldn't have a negative impact. Had to just get it off my chest. Wouldn't it be amazing to hear we have sold out of tickets by Monday.

Judging by what people are putting on Twitter, it looks like we're selling the semi tickets quite well. There's actually been lines of people waiting to buy.
I'm quietly optimistic that we'll get a good following.

The thing that confuses me is that we seem to have a better away following than at home. The game at Wigan a few weeks ago was amazing and the support incredible. Last year in Perpignan, I was amazed how many Salford fans were there.

I hope we can recreate that strong vocal atmosphere tonight. It definitely gives the team a competitive edge.
Glad to hear that ticket sales are going well. Sounds like the club's ticket line has been inundated with calls this morning too!

I went to the ticket office this morning to buy seven. There was a queue of about six in front of me (this was at 9.15) and it looked to be getting busier as I was leaving. It's hard to judge unless the club gives feedback due to online and telephony sales. It may not be practical for people to get to the ground on a Friday because of work (as is the case with the six I'm going to the game with, two of whom are "out of the woodwork" ie not regular attendees). Fwiw I think we'll sell the allocation and then some. We'll still be noisier than the Wigan librarians anyway.

They've sold 2600 but asked for the 2nd allocation.
