They've certainly started to get some consistency now and it won't be an easy game. If we can tighten our defence and cut out some of the silly mistakes then we have enough in attack to win this easily. This being Salford though means it probably won't be as easy as that.

Enjoyed the rugby we played on the weekend attacking wise. If we can continue that and shore up the defence it'd be perfect. Should of beaten KR last time we played them but had that shocking start.

Big game. We need the two-points to keep ourselves in touching distance of those just above us. Our next four games are Hull KR, Saints, Widnes and Wakefield, 6 points from those and we've got a great chance of finishing in the top 8*.
*depending on todays RFL tribunal.

Oh yeah, forgot about that! I have the feeling we will be made an example of (as always) despite the "Big Boys" getting menial punishments for same thing in the past!

I'm away this weekend so I'll miss the game. I really hope we can put in a good performance. A lot will depend on which Salford and which KR turns up on the day,

So it's looking like a pretty much full strength side for this week. With Vidot to debut, our back line looks very strong and hope that we can put these to the sword.

I agree, this week we need to revert to the way we started the season and go for the throat from the gun, make a statement and go for as big a win as possible, KR may have won last weekend but start in the right way and their confidence will shatter quite easily. Hope Mantalano is still out as think he is a very dangerous back and dead eye kicker.

It's going to be a difficult match considering Hull KR's last performance against Castleford but I think we will see an enthusiastic response from the Salford players considering what has happened during the week with the points deduction. This is a must win game if we are to make the top 8 and we will need to start strong. My prediction is 48 -16 to Salford with a MOM performance from Tommy Lee on his return.

Make no mistake the importance of two points tomorrow is critical. I think this is by far the biggest game of our season, win this one and it will galvanise the playerd, lose it and a feel sorry for yourself attitude might kick in. FWIW I see us narrowly winning.

Not the greatest game in the world in terms of intensity but it's hard to lose games of Rugby League after scoring 44 points. Really proud of start we made after what has been a difficult week of the club with the points deduction. We need to start using the inside ball more when Dobson links up with O'Brien and Lui scores under the post, it worked both times we tried it today.
We definitely still need to improve on our defence though, there's too many times when we aren't bringing the man down quick enough allowing the opposition time to get a quick play of the ball away.
On we go to Castleford next week in the Challenge Cup, it would be great to see a lot of Salford fans make the journey over, a deep cup run is what this club has been missing for the last 15/20 years.

Didn't realise at the game just how shocking our right edge defence was, couple of the KR tries should just not have been scored. Pretty sure a team like Cas will spot this and target that side, just hope that Vidot helps sure things up.
