Or because we only expected to scrape into the top 8 and be knocked out in the 2nd round of the cup, could the club ask us for 50% extra on our season tickets? Be an interesting duel in court. That's irrelevant. Imagine if you purchased tickets to a west end musical based on wanting to see one of the star attractions. Then to save costs you learn that the production company bin off this top performer to save money. Yes it could still be a better show than you expected but the fact is the show was falsely advertised when you bought the tickets. |

Sorry I see what you mean. You actually liked the team better when we had the all stars Hock, Morley, Chase etc and won nothing than when we have a good team and winning most things. This is a team game not a collection of individuals turning up and losing.
If you prefer Carney not scoring tries to Evalds scoring tries maybe collect your money back from the club and move to Hull.

See you in court. With less than 1% of the Salford population actively supporting the club I don't think it's in any Salford supporters best interests to suggest this. We need to grow and encourage people to feel welcome at Salford rather than driving people away. I was simply making a point in a 'tongue in cheek' way, hence the winky smiley. My main gripe is we haven't fully reutilised the saving on Carney's contract but we've appointed costly rebranding consultants despite 99% of fans not wanting it. |

If we buy another Carney this year, but keep the same crowd level, then next year we may have 0 Carneys, no club, name change ....😂
Just realised that we have a new unit of currency The Carney!
Ps Carney actually didn't score many tries for us and I'd rather have an Eden or a Solomona. Not sure what the exchange rate is i.e. how many Eden's to. Carney.

There's much more to a winger than just catching a ball at speed and putting it over the line. How many would Eden have scored playing outside Junior Sau rather than a creative centre like Shenton? Carney's game is about strength and dragging in and tiring out defenders for the team. If Tim Sheen's rates his contribution he can't be that bad can he?.As for the consultants I'd be astonished if they could double crowds without the team making a major final but let's wait and see. |
