If you read the Hull forums many are very critical of him and he seems to be their new scapegoat. Personally I'd have Josh back at Salford in a heartbeat. Let's not forget that without Josh Griffin's massive contribution in those last few minutes at Hull KR we'd probably be playing Dewsbury at home this weekend in front of about 1200. I think he's arguably the best value signing Koukash made in his first couple of years at the club. I appreciate some may not like his reason's for leaving but Tasi did the same and look how well he's performing for us now. As they say the grass isn't always greener on the other side.

Would he get in to our team now? We already have Josh Jones, Junior Sa'u and Kris Welham who are all having strong seasons playing at Centre.

While it is good to be making so many signing from the current squad to sign them all wholesale will lead to stagnation, Griffin coming back would just add some more familiarity, think 1 or 2 new faces would keep things fresh.

I think he's got the size, strength and mobility to do a job at loose forward as cover for Flanagan.
