That's a fairly kind draw. No easy games at this point, but a home draw is a massive bonus. Avoiding Cas at this stage is also an advantage.

Why does MK twitter page say we've drawn Cas away?? He was just making his predictions prior to the draw taking place.

If my maths is right could be Carney's return match, assuming the investigation is finished

Not too bad a draw that, at least it's at home.

Is it going to have Sky and BBC both showing games again like this round? So -
Thurs 15th - Sky Friday 16th - Sky Sat 17th - BBC Sun 18 - BBC
What day you think we'll be on? I would guess the Friday. Personally hope not because I'm working but as long as we win I'm happy.

I don't understand why a Thursday night game would equal a poor attendance? What excuses could fans possibly have apart from late night working and it also being school for their sons/daughters on the Friday?
Win this game and we are through to the Semi Finals of the Challenge Cup. I'd like to think that fans will turn up in their masses for this one.

Probably be a wise move switching the Hull home fixture to the Friday from the Sunday if possible. A 4 day turnaround for such a big important game isn't ideal preparation is it? Wakefield are scheduled to play Leeds also on the Sunday so it will be interesting to see if they try and reschedule.

Win this game and we are through to the Semi Finals of the Challenge Cup. I'd like to think that fans will turn up in their masses for this one. I don't want to appear negative but going off the previous three semi-finals we've struggled to take 4500. So it's unlikely we'll get a bumper gate on a Thursday night for a 1/4 final when it's free to watch on telly. I honestly thought we were going to get a record crowd for the Leigh game on Good Friday but that didn't happen. It's difficult to understand why more people aren't attracted to the AJ Bell at the moment with the team going so well. Perhaps people think our current form is just a flash in the pan and it will all end in tears. Or maybe local sports loving fans don't have as much disposable income these days with ever increasing football prices. I suppose it's different for Wigan, Leeds and Hull they are competing with rubbish football teams that don't have a real star player between them.
