Was talking to one of the owners of a Salford based brewery last week and he said they did a beer called Red Ale, would be good if the Club could find a way to tie in with them and sell it.
Anyone any ideas of the brewery and if anyone's tried it is it OK?

Yes it's First Chop and the beer is named SALFORD REDLINK
"Salford Red. 4.6% Rich spicy red ale. Fruity and spicy with big hop flavours and a pleasant lingering bitterness. Dry hopped with Columbus. Maris Otter pale ale, low colour crystal, cara red and crystal malt. US west coast yeast. Wakatu, Chinook, Columbus and Cascade hops".

Also available in bottles (tho' I've yet to try it froma bottle).
Problem: we do not own the food or drink sales at the ground, we do not even have a shop. Agree we need to look at linking but ...
As an aside, I ahd a drink of their hop on Sunday night, after the fight match.
