I was quite alarmed last Sunday by the (fitness) of J.C. after he chased back the ball following, think it was Shenton's kick through, good on J.C to chase back, even though the whistle had gone for a knock on.
But he took an age to get back, the Cas man jogged back. the ref had to gee him up
