Thought people might like to see this, shows in much greater detail the damage caused when the bridge collapsed. For those who don't go over the high bridge one of the columns is now being dismantled to be replaced, based on the time everything has taken already you'd think it's at least a good year before there's even a remote possibility of it being ready to use. Just in time for next season when we have 10,000 crowds watching our top of the table team www.youtube.com/watch?v=gGXxmKW2czE&feature=youtu.be

I'm gonna get one those extra large drones from Marplins, that should get me in out of the JJB no trouble - bridge not needed. Going to watch London v Toronto on the Friday night before and then 'drone it up' on Sunday for the Cas game. (I think it's definitely worth a punt on Salford beatin the Hose Menders at home-they've not played a poper team yet.

Cheers for that MR, does seem a very extravagant and costly design to me. How much has it cost to rectify it anyone know?

I read a forum about as I find the process fascinating, the jist being the designers and builders won't release any sort of details so it's all hearsay. When you figure the Centenary bridge in Eccles struggles if it has to open in the warm weather to replicate the design does seem crazy.

Notice that the enabling works for the tram extension through Trafford Park, past the TC and just this week round the back of the ski slope and over the new bridge have really started.
Not got a clue on the time table but can only be a bonus to the clubs that use the stadium.
