Heard today of a very VERY reliable source that Declan Patton is already signed up for next season on a long term deal, would be a brilliant addition to the team alongside Lui, Dobson (if he isn't going home at the end of the season) GOB and Wood in the halves/utility position. Heard this a few weeks back but didn't know if it was true, 4 year deal apparently. I thought Niall re-signing would mean Gaz going in the halves when Dobbo goes and him playing FB. But if you heard it today it's obviously still got legs... |

Patton could be one for the future for sure. If true could be a decent signing.

Four years is what I was told also, real statement if we can poach someone like him from Warrington. twistthemellonman, Chris Atkin or Patton and I'd know who I'd take, someone already played in (and starred in) SL or a relative newcomer. |

Has anyone any idea if we have a intrest in this lad, Kalifa Faifai Loa, winger from ST George. He has ask for a release from his contract and it has been granted. Winger, center, fullback. If so we need to sign him tomorrow if we have a qouta space.

Seems like Adam Walne will be on his way to Hudds. Rumour on Twitter. Seems it's coming from the league express so could have some merit.

Real blow, one of the stand out players until injured. Mossop great player seems a poor buy with long standing injury. We should have secured our own first. Hopefully we'll learn our lesson.

Walne we be a loss. He impressed me against Saints last year when we smashed 'em at our place early in the season. Gone from strength to strength since. You'd think we've got a replacement lined up but just waiting till the time is right before announcement.
