Pye, Lewis, Wilson and Foster all look good young prospects
Good to see Dixon, Sidlow and probably Dudson moving on but also that we’re keeping some 3xperience in Singleton Watkins hopefully Bullock and Hellewll…good balance😉

That’s v ageist K😉…but I’m sure Sidlow, Dudson, and Dixon won’t be here next year. Also when you’re facing the likes of Lisone we need Bullock and Singleton
Most weeks our best forward on the field is over 30…Watkins

Our ex-youth player Josh Rourke seems to have settled to Super League life easily with London. If as expected they don't make it into Super League would hope we are keeping tabs on him, along with another old boy Luis Roberts who is a very able utility back.

As the interview after London's match highlighted the IMG last 3 years criteria is arbitary and stupid and it's interesting that those who think it's workin well are those assured of a category A before a shot is fired and yet there's still no evidence that IMG has even attempted to garner, attract, sell or buy, negotiate anything on the outside of the sport or in the legacy media.
Josh Rourke, and Louis Roberts would be good signings for the overall strength of the squad but would they come back to SRD?

Speculative clickbait out this morning is linking Leeds with Watkins.
Seems like a lot of grasping at straws from the Yorkshire media and/or Leeds are spiralling down so much their answer is to buy as many Salford players as possible. Weren't they linked with Sidlow last week? Oh how the mighty have fallen...

It's hard to know what that's all about as they are supposedly a well off club who could build a much stronger, more youthful squad while they're in transition if they've signed Watkins and Hall they must be wondering about ressurecting Sinfield and I think Kylie Leuluai isn't too busy at present! |

When you consider Newman is a marquee player they must be up to the limit with stupid contracts I really liked the look of Newman when he burst onto the scene and thought he could be a top player, potentially world class given time. Not sure if it's his injuries or just his attitude but he's turned into a fairly average player and a right little gobshite. Time for him to focus on getting back to fulfilling his potential rather than giving it large to away fans when they score a try. |

Other than masters there’s not even been the smallest of rumours in the press. But we do seem good at keeping things in house I heard Christian gale whos a prop playing in the q cup but that’s a small rumour |
