Yeh and he might not even want to do that, he seems to love what he’s doing as an agent, but I think the point is more it’s not all doom and gloom whatever happens

If this goes through I think it is a massive hint that the stadium purchase is nowhere near completion. I couldn’t see him leaving when he could create his own legacy with the potential the ground would unlock. Very sad day if true.

The Stadium and the development of the Club is as usual all smoke and mirrors…it’ll drag on forever and we’ll blame everybody
Bleasy has got one of the top couple of jobs in RL, assuming it’s correct.
He was dedicated to the Club and a lot of the time he ran it thro troubled times, but I don’t feel he was appreciated
Just shows what outsiders, who he worked with on a continual basis, think of his efforts. Good luck to him.

All this, as usual , is totally deflating
Best international players going, coach Watson gone, Blease and possibly Rowley going, down about a£1m last year, stadium in some form of limbo…for the past seven years Blease and coaches been fighting for survival with the lowest budget…I feel it’s collapsing around us now…unless Rowley goes as Director of Rugby and Haggerty takes over…but then, even with all the excuses it had to fail at some time…or will the lifeboat arrive at last?

JJR give it a rest, you clearly despise King and the board and blindly choose to Worship Blease and Rowley. If they go it’s down to money and their desire to leave to go to Leeds. Their choice not the clubs.

We had a similar meltdown from a few fans a couple of weeks ago when Rowley to Hull was a done deal and they were just agreeing terms.
Until the club confirm something either way I’m not wasting and energy on it.

Oh and FWIW Watson the snake was a better coach than Rowley based on achievements at our club. I ain’t bothered players and coaches come and go. #ForeverRed

Blimey! There's some reaching going on in these comments...
This is happening, so therefore the worst possible scenario will definitely be happening, and while we're at it, here is some unconnected negative vibes to add-on to the whole thing to add some gravitas to my outlandish speculation!
Calm down, chaps.
Let's take a breather and base our rants on solid ground, something we don't have just yet. Breathe!

Their choice not the clubs. WRD the coaching staff for the past 7 years have massively over achieved in a situation where they’ve continually had the lowest budget and smallest squad…in fact they’ve kept the Club alive in my view, and that’s why gates have increased The Board, has not raised the funds to develop the Club, blame/ reason being put on fans not turning up, RFL and City Council not delivering etc. The budget appeared to be about £1m out last year and f@ns contributed about a third and international players sold…that’s the situation as it appears I don’t worship or despise anybody, I just look at the situation and give praise to the coaching staff for their magnificent efforts, as the Director of Rugby appears to be leaving You appear to heap praise on the zBoard which has been in survival mode for 7 years…if that makes you happy and content so be it. I thought, after 7 years, we’d have been much further on now with generating income to support and keep those who keep the team competing in the top 6 It appears on here that, according to you, criticism is not allowed, and any praise, other than for the Board is blind but at the moment I can’t see anything to praise.

Criticism constructive is fine,The problem is jjr you clearly hate the board you only have to go back through your posts to see this it’s quite tiresome really!yes the club could get things better but again as I’m tired of saying there is no appetite for rugby in Salford even going back to the seventies the crowds were not 10000!and it’s not excuses it’s fact 2800 against London out of a city our size is pathetic but it’s all excuses apparently!the club have tried to get businesses on board they have been out talking but again as soon as they realise the ground is not included there not interested even had a good chat with the talk talk founder whose from cadishead not interested!again if you can do better or anyone can do better Paul king has always said feel free to replace him so now’s your chance jjr get rid of him show them how it’s done!
