Losing Ian Blease to Leeds would absolutely awful for the club. Of all the potential departures from the club, this would be the most damaging. Really hope it’s another bull story from Yorkshire but I worry this has legs. I guess you can’t blame anyone for wanting to earn more, but it would be very sad. |

Agree guys he’s kept the Club on its feet since Marwan left and never gets the credit for it.
Might make sense , the big job is available there and they keep pinching players he’s brought in

You can see why he’d want a move to a bigger club though. Just makes it a lot harder for us to keep competing |

If he was pivotal in keeping Rowley here it looks bad if he now goes.Just my opinion.

Let me offer a little calming influence...
I believe that PR's plan is to give the reigns to Haggerty and move into a more DOR role. While Blease is good at what he does it's hardly the doom of the club now he's gone. We have a similar replacement waiting in the wings in the form of Brierley. A guy who's Salford through and through, already making a living spotting talent.
Of course, none of this may happen, but I think the doom and gloom is a little over the top at this stage.

Seems sensible for Rowley to move ‘upstairs’ and Haggerty take over day to day…if Rowley wants to and can cope with that role
