He's not a regular at Hull FC. Just gone on loan to Bradford for a month.

Lead to believe Cross has been contacted by Hull for next season. I think he’s still in contract so would give us a fee plus tindall

Rather cut Nofoaluma and use his wages and make a play for Charnley. Need to focus on forwards and a number 9 ideally. Retaining Stone should also be seen as a priority for me.

We need younger players who can develop and grow as well and reducing the amount of injuries we have. Our squad age is mental, needs to be drastically reduced with next off season. Although Dixon and sidlow retiring should help massively |

Obviously it depends who goes but if we can get 2 props and a 6 we’d be top 4 in my ideal world I’d love Liam bryne and Royce hunt

I long for a time when we can keep Salford born talent within the club’s youth pathway though I’ll settle for Liam Byrne coming back home for now 🙏🤞

The trouble is that there appears to be not much talent in Salford…the days of Morley, Betts and others being developed by Don Preston in Salford Schools Rugby have long gone
It needs to be run fully in Salford Schools and inter city schools rugby needs to be fully developed
