Wonder if looking at Garry Lo from Sheffield (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garry_Lo) might be worthwhile? 23, 17 tries this season and averages 1 per game for them, not huge but nearly 100kg and 5ft 7 so same sort of size as Junior but a bit quicker so could potentially do a Carney type job early in the tackle count. Wonder if looking at Garry Lo from Sheffield...not huge but nearly 100kg and 5ft 7 so same sort of size as Junior 100kg at 5'7 is huge! According to Wikipedia (obviously not too reliable) Junior is 95kg at 5'9 - I suspect he's actually somewhat lighter these days. |

Have asked before if he's related to the great Junior Langi? It was the fact that he's been released, 24 and he's a SR/Centre that made him a good proposition for a rumour at least. Watto likes them! |

any more news on a new signing? Yes that would be good. I do sort of wonder with the way everyone is playing when they're on form and on song who we could get to improve our options and quality level? And I suppose could we afford anyone who would do that? I'm even more interested in the signings that Watto will make than I was during the Rangi period. |
