V strange that we’ve not heard who’s leaving the Club
And Williams not been in the squad for a while
Is it just the usual, we don’t get any info or is nobody going…except Greenwood, who I assume won’t be retained?

The club has always been cagey about announcements ru converts apart to some extent. It's one of the reasons I keep a look out on DT because sometimes the news comes on here first. It seems to work on the Arthur Daley "Pssst, you didn't hear this from me !" route mostly.
Of course when sections of the DT population go AWOL, which amazingly seems to happen even in the most intriguing and exciting parts of the season, so does info, news and anything else.
I would imagine all the announcements would be made at the same time and we'll hear about them all within a couple of days of each other and till then we'll have to hope the "Salford Faithful" come back and provide all the details.

Apparently we've signed Jai Whitbread (Wakey) & Matty Fozard (Widnes Hooker) for next season.

Apparently we've signed Jai Whitbread (Wakey) & Matty Fozard (Widnes Hooker) for next season. If we have Whitebread that's a coup in my book I haven't seen Fozard and assume he's a replacement for Bourouh. Whitebread, Ormonroyd, Singleton, and King is a good start at prop. I'd like to see us add Eseh. Hopefully Gerrard can stay fit and provide rotation as he was good.when he came in last year. Hellewell is worth another year and we'll have Wright back and both can play as hybrid props/back rowers. |

That's a shame. While I think Whitbread is a better player right now. Eseh wouldn't take a quota spot and has plenty of potential (and I would assume is cheaper right now). I imagine we'd be able to offer more game time for his development too. Still Saints if a difficult club to turn down. It'll either make him or set him back a couple of years.

Currently in talks with Rhys Kennedy at Hull KR currently they want rid so they can bring in Whitbread. Be a great signing if so became a very good forward for KR this season
