Josh Johnson just released by the Giants, a player again I'd happily take, young big minutes prop. Apparently offered a good contract but turned it down so obviously off somewhere.

How many props do we need though?? Griffin Koppy Tasi Mossop - rumoured to have signed today? Krasniqi Walne Murray People have also said they want BMM playing prop. Anymore? |

Krasniqi can play in the back row and makes a rather good #13 and for me Griffin when we have a couple more bigger props will turn into a brilliant second row following his experience in the front row last season.
For me at the start of the season when it is in effect winter rugby you need big units, but towards the summer when the pitches harden up and the weather heats up you're better off with a few smaller forwards.
So out and out props we have Koppy,Tasi,Mossop and Murray, Murray being an unknown quantity in SL another bit minutes prop wouldn't go amiss and we should only use BMM in the front row in an emergency.

But we've just completed a season with the fore mentioned props and they didn't do too badley did they?
Now with the addition of Tasi, Mossop and Murray I personally don't think we need anymore and should be co concentrating our left over resources on getting a centre.
Just my opinion.

Couldn't agree more that a centre is now needed more than anything. My point being if a young prop comes on the market that wouldn't cost a fortune on the quota.
