I'm surprised to see a few people putting Wakefield at the bottom. I think they've recruited pretty well. At this time of year, most fans of most clubs are optimistic about their team's chances. The exception to this seems to be Widnes. Their forum looks like a big ol' dixon13 convention. Understandable though. They've lost star quarterback Kevin Brown and haven't really replaced him. The player they've given the number 6 shirt to - Joe Mellor - is set to miss the first few months and there's no sign of any further recruitment. Unless they pull a rabbit out of a hat, I think they'll be the ones who finish bottom. Our telling us what you think at the end of the season. ? |

I think Cas will be genuine contenders this year. They'll certainly provide excellent entertainment. Catalans and Saints look as though they could go backwards. Widnes will struggle without Brown. Leigh will surprise a few. I think it will be very tight at the back end of the season for the top 8.
