Does anyone know the exact time the drop goal went over?
Looking at costs for getting a few T'shirts printed and the time & date are needed for one of my ideas.

You should be able to work it out from the kick off time, then time the intervals.

As long as you're reasonably close, I don't think anybody will be in a position to challenge you. Even if they do, just claim you timed it on your own watch. Nobody can challenge that and it will be entered in History's great ledger.
