Apparently those are the Magic and Loop fixtures…I assume you don’t doubt the rest Unfortunately we seem to have a habit of issuing shirts late, (miss Christmas sales) and changing sponsors regularly. No doubt sponsor changes delay shirt, I note training kit has no sponsor!!! I hope sponsor changes because we keep getting better deals, but pessimist in me thinks not. It would be good to have some stable relationships built up, even with local takeaways, if deal was right, even better with 'Brands'. Otherwise I will always bow to your insider knowledge and wisdom, it is only out shone by your positive attitude, dedication to the board and optimism. Unfortunately I hate loop fixtures so cant stop myself from having a dig, and sometimes a jest, even when taken in vain.

It's no good presenting an identikit picture of every SRD fan as we'd have to answer the usual suspect questions: Would you recognise him anywhere? Could you pick him out from the crowd? Was he wearing a red shirt?

All I know is that we are getting a new front of shirt sponsor, and it is a Chinese owned company a better deal too. As for the other stuff then much like IMG progression and CBS Direction we have limited information. The Ops Board led by CEO Paul King run the club and make the decisions. The CBS are supposed to hold the clubs Ops board to account but have no decision-making power. I'd value the Ops board outlining the plan for 2025 so we can support, that is a Stadium Lease, IMG improvements and then any growth plans.
I did read both King and Butters are going to host an owner's event pre-Xmas in the coming weeks.

I think if you feel left out you might need to be get more involved although in every organization I've ever been involved with I've always had to gather what information I could as I went along. I suspect this is because most organizations would rather people didn't know what was going on as a sort pf effort to stop them becoming restless.
Personally I'd rather see how things develop given I can't be involved in any way!
NTK, FYEO etc

Will it be another night of prepared questions, reasons why everything is the Garrido’s fault and froth…I’ll see you at the first game if the shirts have arrived in time
At least we’re not playing our first game at Moor Lane….are we😉?

JJR it is not info silence when they're not giving you the data you want!
A large proportion of the blame must go to Garrido and opposition councillors and certainly for the delays involved. I know people on here don't like politics but that's at the root of all this and to point at the club when it's austerity policy that causes the problems is ridiculous and myopic.
And as you say at least we've not been pushed into Moor Lane by Tory nonsense.
Beyond that is there any real news that's not on the website?

Blimey, JJR.
Glass half full is an understatement. Surely, the off-season is the most joyful, after all we're currently joint top of SL...

Hi C just bringing some pragmatism We seemed complacent and just stayed in SL by th3 narrowest of margins..and if Rowley hadn’t performed miracles with little funds…?? We are now the lowest of the three teams threatened with the Championship in 2026 There is likely not to be an increase in the teams in SL We appear to be v much in debt, according to the Nov 2023 accounts and debts are rising and we’re factoring debts We had to sell a number of players and raise Community funds to apparently survive last year We keep hearing stories of grants, additional potential income from the ground (£150k?) but small beer really We hear little about next seasons planning unlike the majority of other clubs So the apparent solution…meet for 1-2 hours per month to discuss IMG I do hope something is happening…the ground finalised, the rumoured better Shirt Sponsorship, the £400k advertising board, etc etc But like the you now I’ll sit back, say nowt, applaud all the excuses, latch onto stories of major income, be optimistic and I agree top of the league at the moment…what a wonderful position to be in😉 Vision without a Workable & Achievable Strategy is just a Dream

All sports clubs are very much in debt in the UK. Yes we had to sell players and again that was directly attributable to unforeseen factors. The grants were real but will probably not happen because of the change of government and even more austerity from the new tories. IMG needs discussing because the nonsense sadly has to be treated seriously. Beyond this the meeting is there to provide the information you're always asking for. Assuming there is no vision or workable strategy because you're unhappy with the situation needs a bit more thought, I think.
