Presumably as co-owners we now get access to the full accounts past and present. Does anybody know how we get this access…without looking at Guidelines for Community Clubs? Just always curious how we lost so much money last year and potentially not balancing this year
I seem to remember when going to the Community Club status that there was a clause about previous accounts, why…is there something we shouldn’t know…and was this normal/ legal?
Presumably all accounts are open to shareholders.

You need to look at Salford City Reds (2013) for published accounts.

No. They are published accounts for public access, exactly as all companies file. Not sure what you want them to do. You can look at any club and you will see the same information. No more, no less.

We are now not ‘public’ but ‘shareholders’ in a Community Club…, so are allowed greater access
