The point is that until, if and when, we have at least five years of stability we are unlikely to challenge the top team consistently. Just look at which teams have that consistent planning and processes and you'll find them at the top. They'll stay there because it's already in place. While we countinually have to sell or let assets go we can't achieve that top 6 or thereabouts model of closeness to or actual success that mean people will stay.Saying farewell to assets season after season is counter productive for fans, for marketing the club and for guaranteeing at least being in the mix for trophies. What I can't get is about the stadium surely Mr king as dialogue with the mayor

He does have dialogue but without peel signing the papers there’s not much can be done apparently the council are continually chasing peel to sign this and that and it’s just not moving at any pace I’m afraid, the latest update was august but even that’s not guaranteed at the moment,

Who negotiates with the City now…the new Board or a Club employee?
Negotiations of this type are always long, and usually necessarily so…..i assume this season the Club hasn’t relied on any income being delivered from the Stadium deal before the season end

I wonder when we’re going to hear who is replacing Blease…Rowley or not a crucial post…the buying and selling of players has kept the Club solvent for years
I hope it doesn’t drag on with no info like everything else seems to do

Assume Bleasey's replacement very much depends on Rowley's plans. I think we all know there's a long-term offer on the table for him to transition into a D.O.R type role if he wants it.
Pointless bringing anyone in short-term if he decides that's where he sees himself in 1/2 years time, with the likes of Haggerty & Inu potentially taking over the head/assistant coach roles.

That’s accurate it’s in Rowls hands. As for Blease the club need to keep him at arms length Uncle Gary is desperate. Though he and Rowls are big golfers so dialogue is inevitable as they both live in Worsley.

I don’t think Rowls is a big golfer…glass back …and he’s at Worsley and Blease at the Marriott….or maybe those great courses north of Leeds now I think both of them are v professional…I assume if Rowls wants the job he has to apply…has anybody asked him if he has Whatever, the whole thing needs sorting as soon as…wrong decisions with players or contracts can be devastating…and somebody who’s in the RL professional clique needs to be in there…no room for enthusiastic amateurs

If Rowley wants an upstairs role (DOR etc) there's no point him going to Leeds to sit under Bleasey.

Probably doing the same now with the new offer.

I think it’s a done deal personally, but hope we have someone remaining focused on next season.

This is just my opinion, so could be well wide. I think that the first inklings of Blease going to Leeds were made when the Croft and Ackers deals were brokered. I don’t blame anyone for wanting to test themself, but I think Rowley will go . As I said earlier I just hope we have people keeping their eye on the ball for next season and beyond.
I hope more than anything I’m wrong and Rowley stays.

If Arthur performs and you can see change for the better at Leeds AND he doesn`t get the Perth job then I think Paul will stay.
Leeds have been shrewd here and taken pressure away from the situation.
Up to Salford now to negotiate AND HAVE SIGNED a new deal for PR.
Timing is key and we need that security.
Over to you Mr King.
